So Thankful!

I want to be just like daddy and eat dog biscuits!
I guess we didn't feed her enough turkey!

Here is Thanksgiving day.... so much to be thankful for. My family was thankful that I didn't cook. But Erika and I can do some mean dishes! We said at X-mas the boys are doing the dishes. Sean decided to come to my mom's, sleep all day and wake up to eat with us. He only had about an hour but it was nice to have him there for a bit. I'm so thankful for him and how much he provides for Maggie and I. He is such a hard worker and I love him for that!

Erika and I are trying to figure out how you prepare, cook and cut the turkey. We saw all the body parts and got grossed out. One day we'll learn.

My helper Vinnie! Vinnie is so thoughtful. He played with Maggie, he helped me bring food next door and he helped with serving the pies. He is such a good boy!

We celebrated Thanksgiving on Sunday. Nicole and I were so proud of our "already cooked" Honey baked ham, Stove top stuffing, green bean casserole, rolls, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. All the kids were well behaved! We all said what we were thankful for!!!!

We went to our niece Alyssa's powder puff football games. It's so weird to know that I met her when she's four and now she's fourteen. We love watching her play soccer and Sean is especially proud watching her play quarterback!

Here is my little angel having a good time in the backyard.....

until the rock throwing began.....

Well... my pics got all turned around like usual so here she is having a time out because in the next picture you can see that she looked right at me and threw the rock anyway.
She is a stubborn L.T. and she will look right at me just to test me. I think we have our hands full.

I'm going to throw this anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And this pic is supposed to be at the top with the football game one. Cousin Aidan loves Maggie and I love watching them play together. He protected her from the football field the entire time.

Halloween!

Oatmeal, Oatmeal!!! Good source of nutrition! Horrible mess for mom! She loves to "eat" it herself which means scooping it with the spoon and then using her hand to get it off the spoon and shoving it in her mouth. Then she wants to wipe her hands so they go in her hair, face, pj's, etc. Good times!

For Halloween, we went to the New Life Harvest Party and had a blast. Grandma and Ladybug are heading over to the "hay" ride that Uncle Tony is driving. She didn't like it too much! The tractor was from 1960 so it was really noisy.

We had to make a quick stop to go and see Gabriel the lion. This is a classic picture because their both wondering what the heck is going on and why does my friend look so strange! They eventually held hands and played in their cute little costumes.

My favorite little ladybug. She was heading next door to show off her costume.

There was a photographer who took our family photo. It turned out pretty good. Maggie was eyeballing all the games and candy. It only took her a few times to realize that if she played a game she got candy. There was one time where she was "stealing" the candy from the bucket and putting it in all the kids baskets that were standing in line waiting to play the game. I kept telling her to give it to her mommy (especially the chocolate). We had a great time! Even daddy stopped by during work to say hi to us. Everyone thought he was in costume too! LOL!

Pumpkin Fun

You didn't know about our Toddler Biker Gang? Watch out for no shirts, diapers and camo undies! They weren't very interested in carving pumpkins so they all got in different bikes! They usually want the same one so we had to capture the moment of peace!

Here's my attempt at touching the pumpkin seeds. Vincent loved it but Maggie and Daniel were a little hesitant. Although, after Becky cooked the pumpkin seeds than they were all excited to eat them. Yummmmy!

Classic "yuck face" from Maggie touching the squishy seeds!

We decided to try a tradition where we go to the Pumpkin Patch as a family every year. With Sean's crazy schedule we planned this day 2 months ago and stuck to the plan. We had many laughs! Here's Auntie Colie and Maggie!

Big teeth and train ride! When I went to sit down in the "made for kids" train... I shook the whole thing. I think I scared all the kids! Hee! Hee!

Uncle Joe came home for a visit and he took Maggie on a little trip to Arlen Ness. They had a good time until right after this picture when she ate it on the cement! Whoops!

We went to a pumpkin patch in Half Moon Bay and it was crowded. Maggie loved petting the animals but she especially loved the bunny. I spent the rest of the time frantically looking for a place to wash her hands...

There's Unkie with his niece, nephew and peanut. It is such a cute picture. We just found out that Aidan has been talking about "his baby sister that lives far away". He loves Maggie poo and has been talking about her at school and at home. So cute!!!!

Time Flies!

Here's Maggie at the Pumpkin Patch at Half Moon Bay! I just can't believe how time flies by. I went to look back at pictures and she just grew so fast. Thank goodness she grew into her M&M shaped head. Hee! Hee! I have more pics to come of the fun-filled, never boring trip with Maggie's cousins!!!!!! I just wanted to share this picture as my baby is growing before my eyes. You go from perfect, well-groomed baby, to a crazy-haired, banged-up forehead toddler. She fell right before we left to the Pumpkin Patch. Whoops! Nothing a popcicle wouldn't fix. Thanks Nana for my shirt! It was a perfect day for it!

Potty training or "Potty Mouth"

I have some funny stories. POO POO STORY #1: Maggie was brushing her teeth and Sean put her on the toilet (with the seat down). Normally she brushes her teeth on her little stool but he didn't know that routine. So... she's brushing her teeth with one hand and with the other hand she says, "poo poo, poo poo" and points to the toilet. POO POO STORY # 2: We are over at Tara's dads house and Kylie and McKenzie have this enormous doll house with all the rooms decorated. Maggie walked around the whole time with just the "doll toilet" and kept saying "poo poo, poo poo". This girl is so fascinated with poo poo. POO POO STORY #3: Maggie had a sleepover at her Auntie Nicole's house on Saturday and she was saying really quietly "poo poo" and they didn't know what she was saying at first. So her Auntie gave her a big hug and then smelt and felt the drizzling diarrhea running down her arm. Whoops!!!! Sooooo... I guess Maggie loves poo poo!!!!

This morning Sean and I were eating breakfast. This is a BIG event for us because we never all sit down for any meal because of Sean's crazy work schedule. Maggie was in her high chair gobbling down her scrambled eggs. I had her try a yellow bell pepper. She was excited because she thought it was cheese. She felt it, licked it and then said, "Aack". We were laughing already but then she said, "Bailey, Bailey, Bailey" and waited for the dog to come over and then Maggie fed it to her. We were cracking up so hard. Now, she's going to have the habit of giving all of her veggies to Bailey!!!!! Smart though. I used to spit my squash in my napkin!!!! Right Josh???

Well, thank you to everyone that reads it. I got a bunch of e-mails and now I feel bad. You don't have to comment at all because now I know everyone is reading it. Yay!!!! But, if you feel like commenting just click on the (0 comments button) below the pictures that you want to respond to and you can fill it out and put your name. Click anonymous and then "publish your comment" (the orange one). Hope this helps!!! And thanks for reading!!!

Busy toddler!

I found these popcicles that are the perfect size for toddler's. She tries to go in the freezer every day to see if she can have one. She'll even try at 7 a.m. Yeah right!! Coffee in the morning only at our house!

Miss Independent! I know every mom probably says this but I'm new! She doesn't want me to do anything for her anymore. She even wants to put her socks and shoes on.

Babies, babies, babies! Or shall I say "BAAABBBIIIIIEEEEEEEE" We were driving past a guy pushing a lawn mower and she thought it was a mom pushing a stroller so she yelled, "Baby" the whole way home. I couldn't stop laughing! Here she is in the crib and feeding the naked baby some food.

I thought I was prepared for our first pumpkin patch trip with diapers, change of clothes, sweatshirts, snacks, drinks, blankets etc. I forgot to charge the stupid camera. So Sean got one cute picture of her and then it died. Oh well! Were going again to Half Moon Bay so I'll take some more pictures. Not that anyone reads this cause I have 0 comments for each post I do but oh well.... not to make you all feel bad or anything.
